They are churches in a community, leaders in a community, families in a community, and children and woman.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
HOLPFI facilitates the community to have their own vision (Vision of Community VOC) and realize their own resources by assessing ‘what they have and what they can in their community so that they may attain ownership for sustainability. HOLPFI works with the community and its people who are advancing
toward their God-given potential. We do participatory development wherein the community people are the one who makes decisions because wewant them to say “With God, we could do it by ourselves, with our own resources, with our own hands”.

BLESSED EDUCATION PROGRAM
Guided by the vision, mission and goals of HOLPFI, to become the peacemaker to the communities and develop human resource, the organization started a program to empower people to meet their needs and the needs of the community to advance toward building up God’s Kingdom in the Philippines.
The organization commits to give opportunities to underprivileged Mangyan and Tagalog students who have high interest to pursue their studies in High School and College.

RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AND ADVOCACY (RDA)
HOLPFI advocates to be voice of the marginalized and builds relationship with other people to do the same. We believe that God moves and touches the people to share their resources and reach out to the marginalized. Advocacy speaks out on behalf of the world’s physically and spiritually needy people. Isaiah 1:17 says, “seek justice, defend the cause of the fatherless, plead the case of the widow.”
As part of our advocacy, HOLPFI installed coin banks in establishments around Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro and collected them quarterly. HOLPFI also conducts events, like Sacrificial Dinners, necessary to promote awareness and give light to certain causes and needs of the beneficiaries of the organization.

With the vision of having this social enterprise that empowers and unites communities by offering support, resources, and opportunities to marginalized individuals and communities, the KAPASA Project (Kamay na may Pagmamahal ay Sama-sama) rose to light to address the lack of income and market recognition.
This project served as our continuous connection to our previous community partner. By providing the market with accurate information, community people can continue to grow using their resources and potential.

EMERGENCY RELIEF AND REHABILITATION
HOLPFI began as an organization with emergency relief and continues to respond to disasters with compassion. We respond to emergency relief anywhere in the Philippines and or other FHIF national partners in the world through collaboration.
Assistance can take the form of food, medicines, temporary shelter and always with the love of Christ. This is always in partnership with LGUs or Churches or Para Churches etc. in terms of distribution process. The goal is to save lives and reduce suffering with temporary assistance.
