OUR STRATEGY: Vision of Community | The Way of Transformation

VOC defines the overall goal for our work in communities where we serve. Through development efforts, we seek to address the root causes of poverty and help people see God’s wonderful plan for them. We encourage people to use their God given talents and resources. We respond to disasters with compassion. Our goal is to equip leaders to serve God and the community and lead the community people based on God's plan. We raise the awareness of the people suffering of the underprivileged, the hungry, and the lost in the Philippines and the world.

The community transformation
process starts small, and
immediately, with local leaders, so
there is local ownership and
sustainability.

How do VOC workers serve the community?
